NOTD

So I was bored of doing my essays the other day and started browsing aimlessly through Tumblr while doing my nails. I came across a picture of a manicure just like this ^ and decided to have a go. (Thankfully my felt tip eyeliner was on-hand) It was relatively easy, it just requires a very steady hand and a bit of patience. I used a felt eyeliner first to draw the lines on the tips of my nails, because it could easily wipe off with any mistakes. I drew a semi-circle on each side of my nail, starting about a third of the way down, making sure they overlapped in the middle. Then I went over my work with some black varnish after it dried. Easy Peasy!

This picture doesn't really do it justice - it looks much neater and significantly cooler in real life.

I've had quite a few compliments on them so far, and my friends have been asking where I got them done. Answer: In my room at 3am.
